The Perfect Place for A Beginner! I`ve just started on a new fitness regimen and the staff at Training Day Cafe are really amazing! They helped me create a meal plan and set out some workouts customized to my body type and what my fitness goals are! The food is prepared in front of you and I appreciate their patience with my "picky eatingness"! Personal favourite of mine is the Miami Club wrap and the Pink Orchid shake!

If you`re looking for a cool environment to just hang out at, Training Day Cafe is the place for you!.
